AI Analysis Disclosure

1. Automated scoring

Diagnostic responses are scored using a deterministic, versioned scoring configuration — fixed rules applied consistently to condition means, dispersion, and leader-team gaps. This scoring determines the Binding Constraint shown to a team and is not a machine learning prediction.

2. AI-assisted narrative analysis

Where the Service uses a language model to help summarize or draft narrative content (for example, drafting language for an Intervention Brief), that output is assistive only. It is generated from the same aggregate, already-scored data available in the product, never from raw individual responses, and is presented as a draft for human review, not as an authoritative finding.

3. What AI analysis is not used for

We do not use AI to infer or predict individual performance, to generate discipline or termination recommendations, or to produce a clinical, medical, or psychological diagnosis of any individual. This instrument has not undergone formal psychometric validation. It is not a validated psychometric instrument, a clinical assessment, or a performance measure. Treat scores as a structured conversation input, not a measurement of individuals.

4. Team Flow Propensity

Where shown, Team Flow Propensity is an exploratory construct distinct from the Binding Constraint. It is not a validated predictor and must not be interpreted or represented as a probability of any future outcome.

5. Human oversight

Any AI-assisted content in the Service can be reviewed, edited, or discarded by the organization before it is acted on. BrainEng does not take automated action against individuals based on AI-generated output.

6. Changes to this Disclosure

We may update this Disclosure as our use of automated analysis evolves; material changes will be reflected in the version date above.
